- First pass: The visible part of the Goose Island Untappd beer list and a BeerMenus search showed no Kick Back.
- First pass: A web search snippet from a BeerAdvocate brewery listing showed a Goose Island "Kick Back" as an American Lager at 4.6% added in June 2024, but that page returned 403 when opened, so the figure is unverified and not used.

- Deep dive pass 2026-10-14: the guessed brewery page does not exist and a web search found only other Goose Island lagers.
